Walking or running to improve your health.

Walkfit Runfit is a friendly, outdoor fitness club. Our aim is to help you get active, improve your health and lose some weight.  If you would never join a running club or a gym, but do want to get fit then we would love to hear from you. We'd like to help you get started on your road to better health by walking and even running should you wish to.  

 

Our club is sociable, inclusive and non-judgmental and will ensure you don’t get left behind. No fancy sports gear is needed - you can just wear whatever you find comfortable. Both men and women are welcome.  If you’re keen to find out more, please get in touch.

Walking is making me feel fitter and doing it with such a lovely group of people is a bonus.

Sarah and Tom took me from barely being able to run for a minute to being a regular parkrunner.  I can hardly believe it!
