Evening and weekend brisk walking groups
Pace will be adapted according to who comes along, but with a lead walker/runner and a tail walker, everyone will be catered for. Sessions last for 30 minutes midweek and up to 60 minutes on Sundays, plus stretches.
Tuesdays: 6.15 pm, Thursdays: 6.15pm, Sundays: 9am
As our club grows, we'll add extra sessions. Please get in touch if these times don't suit you.
