How to join in ~ Join us as often as you like.

Evening and weekend brisk walking groups
Pace will be adapted according to who comes along, but with a lead walker/runner and a tail walker, everyone will be catered for.  Sessions last for 30 minutes midweek and up to 60 minutes on Sundays, plus stretches.
Tuesdays: 6.15 pm, Thursdays: 6.15pm, Sundays: 9am
As our club grows, we'll add extra sessions.  Please get in touch if these times don't suit you.

parkruns (or walks)
Join the parkrun community.  We'll keep you company as you walk, run or jog around the 5k course.
Couch to 5k gentle running groups
Starting very slowly, we'll help you to build up your fitness, stamina and confidence, so that you'll be able to run gently for 30 minutes.  Tuesdays and Thursdays 6.55pm and Sundays 10.05am.  
Longer walks, Charity walks / runs 
Join us on longer walks in the local countryside or on occasional charity walks and runs.
